The walls and sleeping area are filled with 100% Hugzzz Memory Foam – hypoallergenic, shock-absorbing, temperature-regulating, and crafted from the excess virgin memory foam used to make human-grade products making it a sustainable choice for pet parents.
The high walls are formed by the floor-level sectioned, wrap-around 100% memory foam cushion that folds over the stylish powder-coated steel frame and is secured with velcro.
You’ll love that the furniture-grade fabric is water-resistant to protect against damp fur and little accidents and to protect the memory foam underneath. Plus, the removable cover is machine washable and dryer-friendly for easy care.

Cover
Remove cover before washing. All fabric options can be machine washed at 40c using a mild detergent. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean. Cool tumble dry.
Inners/Filling
Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
Washability: We do not recommend washing your Hugzzz filling unless absolutely necessary*. Your Hugzzz inserts should instead be regularly aired to help keep them fresh. *Should your pet have an accident where the filling has been affected, we recommend washing only the affected insert following the instructions below.
Gentle hand wash (recommended) OR machine wash the affected insert separately on a gentle cycle at 40c or lower using a mild detergent. An additional spin cycle will be required to remove as much water as possible. Gently squeeze excess moisture from foam and tumble dry on cool. Lay flat in sun and allow to dry completely turning the insert at intervals for even drying.
Please note memory foam will absorb water therefore it will take a long time to dry.
ALLOW ALL PARTS TO DRY FULLY BEFORE RE-ASSAMBLING BED
As with any foam, if it is not fully dry before assembling mould can occur.
Airing your Hugzzz
We recommend airing the inner cushions of your Hugzzz Memory Retreat regularly by taking the cover off and giving them a good shake and massage. Sit them on an elevated clothes airer in the sun to keep the bed fresh and to allow air to circulate throughout.

Hugzzz™ is our Australian-made filling in the form of comfy high-density memory foam flakes. The flakes are made from shredding the excess Australian-made virgin memory foam that is used to produce human products used in the healthcare sector. This excess would otherwise go to landfill.
It is temperature regulating, shock absorbing, hypoallergenic, and provides unrivalled comfort and orthopaedic support.
Please Note: Due to the high-density memory foam filling, this bed is significantly heavier than our standard foam and fibre-filled beds.
