Our Large and Jumbo sized galvanised raised dog beds fall under ‘oversized items’ for shipping. The Large and Jumbo are stocked by hundreds of stockists nationwide including the big box retailers. Alternatively please feel free to contact us directly for a shipping quote.

The majority of our beds are washable and have removable covers. You can find the care instructions under each product page via the ‘Product Care’ tab. Alternatively you can find a full list of our products and their washing instructions here.

As the majority of our pet beds are made to order in our Mordialloc factory your order will generally ship within 3 business days.

We want your pet to enjoy their bed as soon as possible so we use couriers to despatch your order. Delivery times will vary from next day (generally metro areas) to the standard 5 days depending on locations. You will receive an email when your order has been despatched with tracking information.

Memory foam can offer orthpaedic benefits but not all orthopaedic foam is Memory foam. Confused? We understand!

Memory foam is a specific type of synthetic material called viscoelastic foam. It is different from other foam because it uses heat from the body to mould to your dogs shape. It’s soft and durable, with heat-wicking abilities that provide support and relief for aching joints.

Memory foam is also generally more expensive due to the manufacturing process. The Memory foam used in our Hugzzz is 100% Australian Made, non toxic and does not contain formaldehyde which is banned in manufacturing in Australia.

We have beds to suit all sizes of dogs. We know that it can be difficult ordering online if you’re not sure of which size to purchase.

On every product page under the “Sizing” dropdown you can find recommendations of breeds for each of our bed sizes.

It is worth noting that sizes can vary within breeds so our recommendations are general. For best results you should measure your dog in their natural sleeping position and compare these measurements to the product measurements. Or, measure their current bed and compare those measurements to the bed you’re looking to purchase.

We will need to determine whether the product is indeed faulty or if it has been damaged due to general wear and tear. The more information you can include with your inquiry the better to help us resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Pictures are always helpful, but more often than not we will need to see the product in person to determine what has gone wrong.

If your Superior Pet Goods product has been damaged due to general wear and tear or dog damage we cannot replace it. Dogs will be dogs and if we were to do this, we’d go out of business pretty quickly. Please read our warranty policy.

When we design our products, we want to ensure they are as sustainable as possible, for this reason you can extend the life of a damaged product by purchasing a replacement cover or part.
