Shipping

We have a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 for Australian metro and greater areas and a $19.99 flat rate shipping charge for remote/country areas. Your shipping charges will be determined by your postcode at checkout.

The majority of our products are proudly made to order here in Melbourne and will generally ship within 2 business days.

We want your pet to enjoy their bed as soon as possible so we use couriers and Australia Post to despatch your order. Delivery times will vary from next day (generally metro areas via courier) to the standard 5 days depending on location and carrier. You will receive an email when your order has been despatched with tracking information.

We have a 7 day return policy. You must within six (6) days of delivery or collection of the Goods, submit a return request via the “contact us” page here on our website, via telephone (03) 8518 5715, or email sales@superiorpetgoods.com.au. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us before returning your items so that we may ensure we have a record of your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again before then contacting your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please include your full name, contact details and original order number with your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For peace of mind you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.

If you are exchanging your product, shipping costs will be charged on your new item.
