Who We Are
We’re a super proud Australian family-owned business that has been designing, manufacturing and supplying pet bedding and accessories to the Australian market and beyond since bounding onto the scene in 2009. Every day our love of pets unites us at our HQ in Mordialloc, Victoria, Australia. Here is where we can be found doing our part to nurture the unconditional love between pet owners and their pets.
Our pets give us so much love and joy, we see it as our mission to provide the very best products for them to support their well-being and happiness. We care deeply about where we live with our pets, which is why we do our best to maintain a soft impact on our environment in all that we do. We’re always looking for new ways and materials to work with to help this cause. Every ingredient across our range has been carefully chosen, and we’re continuously striving for better.
Aussie & Proud
Most of our products are proudly assembled in Australia using materials sourced locally and some overseas. We make our own soft filling which is a blend of recycled PET & Australian Foam. We’re pleased to say that more than half our range boasts the famous Australian Made Logo! Aussie first is our motto, which is why we use local suppliers wherever possible.
Our foams and threads come from Melbourne businesses and we work with local suppliers for our photography, design and printing needs. We believe by working with and supporting other Australian companies, we are enabling innovation and investment in bright ideas on home soil and that benefits us all.
Paw People
As a team we’re a small bunch with big ambitions, some of us have two-legs and some of us have four. We have fun doing what we do and try not to take ourselves too seriously. But when it comes to your pet, they deserve only the best. So, our standards are high around quality, design and the small stuff (we sweat it!) to ensure contentment for your furry household members.
As a team we live and breathe these values:
Teamwork: We work together to make sure ears are floppy, bellies are up, tongues are out, and wet kisses are plentiful. We have a lot of fun doing what we do, and it’s not unusual to find us trying to think like a dog, testing out a pet bed for ourselves, or oohing and aahing over cute customer pictures of our products being enjoyed. It all helps us in our ambition to provide the best well-being products for the lifestyles of fur kids and their families.
Accountable: We stand behind all that we do for one another and our customers that bring about moments of care and happiness for our furry friends and their families. In our opinion wet kisses and belly rubs are top-priority and that’s why we do what we do.
