Competition Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTER DETAILS

The promoter is Superior Pet Goods Pty Ltd ABN: 54 627 545 537 of  25-27 De Havilland Rd, Mordialloc VIC 3195 (“Promoter”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies and companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms, “immediate families” include a spouse, de facto, parent, child, sibling, or household member.

3. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition begins from August 2025 and will run until advised otherwise (“Competition Period”). Monthly draws will be conducted for entries submitted during the preceding calendar month. The Promoter reserves the right to end the competition at any time.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the competition, eligible customers must submit a product review via the official review request email sent by Superior Pet Goods following a purchase, or by visiting our website’s review form on each product page.

• Text-only review = 1 entry into the competition.
• A review including text and an image or video of the product in use = 20 entries into the competition.

Customers may review multiple products and gain multiple entries, provided each review is of a different purchased product.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

One winner will be drawn each month during the Competition Period. The winner will receive a $150 Superior Pet Goods voucher (“Prize”) redeemable via the Superior Pet Goods team on email or phone. The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used in multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• Monthly winners will be drawn at random using a number generator tool (e.g. https://www.randomdraws.com.au) from all eligible entries submitted in the previous calendar month.
• Draws will take place on the first Wednesday of each month at the Promoter’s head office.
• Winners will be notified by email within five business days of the draw and may be announced on Superior Pet Goods’ social media channels.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

• The Prize will be emailed to the Winner within one month of prize confirmation.
• If the Winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter may redraw a winner from the same pool of eligible entries.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

• The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
• Any unused portion of the Prize will not be refunded.
• If the Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.

9. CONTENT & USAGE RIGHTS

• By submitting a review, the Entrant warrants that the content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Entrants grant Superior Pet Goods a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit and publish their review across digital, marketing and promotional platforms, including social media.
• Any review deemed offensive, inappropriate, unlawful or otherwise in breach of these Terms may be removed or disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

10. LIABILITY & PRIVACY

• Entrants’ personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, misdirected, or delayed due to technical disruptions.
• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Competition or Prize.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
