As the festive season approaches, the Superior Pet Goods team will be taking a well-deserved break to spend time with family and friends. Please take note of our closure dates and important information regarding orders and deliveries during this period.
Online Orders: Our online store remains open throughout the holiday break, so you can continue to shop with us. However, please note that there may be some delays in order processing and delivery during this period due to closures on key dates / public holidays and the increased demand on shipping carriers at this time of year. We use Australia Post and Startrack to ship your orders. In order to ensure your goods leave by December 18th, please place your orders by Tuesday 16th of December to give your parcels the best chance of reaching you by Christmas*.
Closure: Our office will be closed from midday Friday 19th December until Friday 2nd January 2026 inclusive. Online orders received during this period may ship from the 5th of January.
*We cannot guarantee shipping times with 3rd party carriers.

Head Office & Warehouse Closure Dates
Our head office will be closing for a short break over the Festive Season and we’re here to help to ensure you have enough stock on hand during the shutdown period. Call us on 03 8518 5715 if you’d like to discuss your next order.
We’ll be closed from 12pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025 and will reopen at 9am on Tuesday 5th January 2026.
